My tax returns STILL havent come?

has anyone else had this problem? im 17 and got charged emergency tax, so they owe me £200, ive reclaimed it and got nothing, ive phoned and sent letters and got no reply.what should i do? i need the money!

Am a bit confused can you give more details. Are you employed? Cos if you are the tax will be refunded to you through your wages as soon as your employer receives a tax code for you. You shouldn't have to claim it back through the Inland Revenue. E-mail me with the details if you would like me to help!
call them and dont let them off of the phone until you have gotten an answer. Good luck!!
find your local tax office and (loudly if neccesary) say:"i demand the money back right now and i ain't leaving wiv out it ya useless civil servant wonkers"
if that doen't work try a rocket launcher,but leave it a couple of days so the pigs won't think its you.
