A good gym in Watford, Herts?

There's a fairly decent cheap gym down on Queens Road near the ringroad. Opposite a new block of flats that's nearly finished.
It's also women only which might appeal to you.
There's no Pool or anything there, mosty Cardio, but they do have some new stuff like 'toning tables'. It's very geared towards a female workout.
When I used to live in Watford it was all about the Hartspring Leisure Centre but I believe they have built houses over that now.
What about the David Lloyd Club in Bushey? You should be able to get just Gym membership there, dunno how expensive it is though.
I'ma member at what is widely regarded as the best Spa & Gym in the UK, Nirvana in Sindlesham nr Reading and I think that is about £56 a month so David Lloyd can't be far off £30.
