Who is a commissioner for oaths and is there a list of local ones?

I live in Plymouth UK

Answers:
Many solicitors are also commissioners for Oaths.
Contact any one of them and they will tell you who best to go to.
They are solicitors who are allowed to take oaths from people virtually off the street. For example if you wish to change your name you find one and make certain aversions to them and they will sign your papers to that effect.
They do charge a fee for this service.
I think you will find them in your local town hall
Any solicitor can act as a commissioner for oaths. I am sure there are plenty listed in the local Yellow Pages.
