try to corner a piece of the market if possible.
be competitive with your prices but don't undersell yourself either finding the balance is very important

make deals withs shops for selling your cards.
postage and packing, materials, time and other overheads should be factor into the price of your cards.
if your are a legitable business there will be tax incentives aswell.

Hi check out ebay and you'll see prices but to sell you need to compete so i think £1 might be enough. good place to advertise would be on wedding site forums. I wouldn't buy a card for £3 and you need to think most people on ebay buy in bulk so can you do 100 cards cheaper than £2.50. postage is a factor too.
I think handmade cards are expensive at £2.50-£3, you could probably undercut the market by going in at £2-£2.50..i'd buy lots at that price, & I'm sure others would as well

Perhaps try contacting local gift shops, card stockists, post offices etc to see if they'll stock your cards.
I'm not sure how well you'd do selling them just on their own but a website or ebay might be worth a shot.
I dont like to pay that much for a card but I'm probably just stingy lol
I would start off at the lowest price that you are happy to sell them at.. then you may want to put the price up when you have established the business a bit?
It is better to start low and then put them up , as opposed to staring pricey and not selling any?

On special occasions people tend to pay over the odds for a card, I don`t think if it is a good hand made card that £3 is dear,take note of what "Sycamore" states & good luck in your new venture.
