How to pass the interview as an Assistant Manager with a 3 retail store?

Good questions above. One I used to ask especially for an assistant mgr. position was where they saw themselves in 2 years, then 5 years. Once in a while I would ask them a question at the beginning of the interview and then an almost identical one at the end to see if they were winging the answer (and if they were if they r emembered).
what can you bring to the table that no one else can? how can you improve the "process" ? why do you think your qualified for the position? what would you do if "this"happene or if someone was stealing.? what would you do if you already had a lot of work to do and not enough time? They like for you to say that if neccesary you would ask for help. things like that. Hope you get the job. These are the types of questions I would ask when I was Hiring managers. Good Luck!
