How do i stop my puppy from chewing every thing?

i have a nine week old puppy german shepherd and all he wants to do is bite me the baby and my partner not in an agressive way but it still hurts and needs to be stopped

Answers:
Get rid of it, what do want a dog for anyway?
Give it a bone so will have that to chew
Yank his teeth out!!
when he does it grab his by the face and tap him on the nose kinda hard but not really hard or get one of those sprays that tastes disgusting and whenever he bites get him n spray him in the mouth
broke his teeth and consult veterinary dentist doctor
lots of chew toys will help. also let him know that the behavior is undesirable.
say it is a very naughty puppy and take it on an expensive holiday with all the other naughty puppies
Make sure that it has plenty to do and something to shew on.
remove all his teeth, then teach him to eat threw a straw
There is a special spray that is healthy for dogs that you can spray on the furniture, and it gives them a bad taste in their mouth. or you can use the waterbottle, and spray water on them everytime they start chewing on something, and eventually they will get the hint !
put hot sauce on stuff he bites
put a hint of mustard on everything he sinks his teeth into..he will soon learn..
Ive heard that when a puppy is with its mother she nips its ear when it is doing something wrong and it learns from that. My boss told me when his dog done something it shouldnt he nipped its ear and it never done it again. Good Luck
nothing at all until its done teething
why get a German Shepard when you have a child.. they are the most unpredictable dogs on the planet.. Better off with a crocodile
Get him a girlfriend.
The answer to your problem is simple. When you wish for a dog to discontinue any action, simply flick it on the nose.

Don't hurt it, just make sure it fealt it.
give them you old shoes and socks.puppies need to chew.they love it!
bite him back on the nose, someone did this to my puppy, she peed on him but she has never nipped twards the face again.
get a water pistol and as you say no to him squirt him he will learn without being hurt
Be loud and firm with "NO". Get him his own chew toys, and smack him on the snout with anything else he tries to chew (including your hands), and give him His toy when he does. It will take some time, but he'll get tired of the reprimanding.
buy him smth to chew. put him on a leash and giv him smth to chew within his radius..
He will grow out of it, but maybe tapping him on the nose and saying NO when he does it will discourage him. I used to grab my dog round her muzzle when she bit me but she is a tiny dog and she isn't at all aggressive.
It's not recommended to get a puppy at the same time as you have a baby. They actually both need a lot of attention and as you are finding out, you don't have time for both.
At this point I would suggest reading some of the books on dogs and training that you should have read before getting the dog.
Give him something else to chew on.

When my dog (see my avatar) was a pup, she eat a sofa.
At PetSmart they sell a spray called Bitter that you can spray the dog and/or itemsthat ou dont want hime to chew on. The bitter spary tastes horrible and teaches him not to chew on that item.
Every single time the puppy goes to bite something, tell it 'No!' and then make sure you have a rawhide or chew toy ready to put in it's mouth instead and then praise it for chewing on the proper item. All puppies need to chew and she/he will learn quickly!

This is also how puppies play with each other - your little one just needs to learn that you are not a littermate! (and keep it away from the baby who is one big squeeky toy!)
I hear bitter apple works great - petsmart has it.. also try training him to stop by giving him toys that require him to play gently, like catch etc, i heard that helps, also you could get him to chew things you want him to shew to reduce him biting you, but that is a last resort...
give it something to eat like a bone or a sausage to chew on
GIVE YOUR PUPPY PLENTY OF TOYS , PLAY WITH HIM EVERYDAY, HE NEEDS PLENTY OF EXERCISE, AND PUT THE PUP IN A CRATE. CRATE TRAINING SAVES YOU A LOT OF DESTROYED POSSESSIONS, AND IT KEEPS YOUR PUPPY SAFE FROM THINGS HE SHOULD NOT GET INTO. THEY WILL ALL CHEW. PUPPIES NEED TO CHEW TO GET THE NEW TEETH THROUGH. NIPPING IS THE PUPPY PLAYING, LIKE IN A PACK. YOU NEED TO SHOW HIM THAT THE PEOPLE ARE THE DOMINANT ONES IN THE PACK. FLICK HIS NOSE WHEN HE BITES AND SAY NO! HE WILL STOP.
I think you have to become for assertive with him. Give a small smack on the nose everytime he does something naughty and say 'No!' firmly. A dog like a german shepherd needs a lot of discipline, I would recommend taking it for training when its a bit older.
