What temprature should pond water be to stop feeding fish and when to start feeding again?
Answers:
As soon as the temp of the water drops below 55, you should stop feeding. When it warms back up above 55 in the spring, then start feeding again, lightly for a week or two.
Here's a good article, tells you exactly what to do.

When the temp gets to approx 50 degrees it is good to stop feeding. Their metabolism slows down at this point and they won't eat much ( if at all). When the water warms to 55 to 60 you can start feeding. it is good to feed them in the fall and spring with a high protein food to prep them/fatten them back up.
at about 55 stop and then start again at 55 dont feed alot tho because they get sick
stop feeding when the temps stay around 50-55 (you will notice the fish aren't begging) in the spring when it starts warming up
resume feeding (you'll notice the fish)
