Better pet..Corn Snake or Geckos?

GECKOS! I had a fat-tailed-leopard gecko. it died, but they are SO cool! They are really fast and you can hold them, they store food in their tails plus if you hold them by their tails they drop their tails off and run. haha! how cool!

a snake is never a good pet. You may confine it to a cage, but it will never be domesticated. It will never be a pet.
Corn snake they live longer and are easier to care for. Geckos as you can see by the other answers above mine are a bit touchy and die easily. Corn snakes are quite docile and you can carry it almost anywhere but you can't do that with a gecko. I have had both and now stick to just snakes. They are a good way to meet people too even people that are afraid of then often are drwan to them.LOL

CORN SNAKE! I myself have been looking to buy corn snakes, they are interesting and non dangerous pets. Geckos are quite simply BORING!!!
Snake, especially if you want to handle it. Geckos are fast and do not like being handled in fact some of them can have their skin damaged by handling.
Gotta go with geckos! Cresteds are awesome and ya gotta check out the other breeds to truly appreciate how great they all are. I'm lookin' at a frog eyed atm. As far as snakes go, they are gorgeous, but the bigger they get it seems the less active they become . Good for decoration, but that's about it.

i would have to say gecko, i currently have a leopard gecko and they are so easy to handle, whereas snakes can be unpredictable, geckos dont cost as much either as snakes to set up.

My auntie has got a purple one, and I held it and its scale came off, but the scale is see through. Its the SKIN thats purple
Both are interesting pets, but I'd go for a corn snake as they're easier to handle.

whichever one you want.ive only had geckos got two leopard geckos and they get taken out and held though the baby one is still quite skittish. both about the same. depends what you mind feeding aswell geckos just eat crickets whereas a snake will be on desfrosted mice. but at the end of the day both would make good pets its down to your own personal preferences
