How do the Courts ensure that people banned from keeping animals do just that?

I watched Animal Rescue last night and a woman and her son were banned from keeping animals for the rest of therir lives because of cruelty. Does anyone actually check up on these people to make sure that they don't have pets.

Answers:
When people are banned for keeping pets it is largely up to the local RSPCA to enforce these bans. The RSPCA often rely on other members of the public to tell them if the ban is being broken. If it is being broken the RSPCA will take people back to court and they usually receive a prison sentence.

If you are talking about the episode with the cat that had half his neck missing. I saw it and thought it was sick. They deserve to be banned.
Plant GATSOS in their homes?!
No, they just make the penalties higher the next time if they are caught or someone reports them.
I bet they dont
If someone has been banned from keeping animals they will be called upon regularly to check they are not in possesion of any animals, action will be taken if any are found there.
