Cos there will be no frogs left soon thats why.Particularly when a favourite sport of some kids that I grew up with,was inserting a straw up a frog's a*se and literally blowing the green slimy thing to bits.Yeuuuuccccchhhh!

Toads are adapted to a slightly drier environment. Also, they have a structural difference in their hip bones, which I think enables them to clamber about on dry ground or climb on surfaces. Did you know the little green peepers (Hyla species) are actually toads and not frogs? Yes! Zoologists classify them thusly because of their hip bone structure.
Toads are toadally different from frogs.
