Does anyone know how big a tea cup poodles is?
I have a puppy ***** poodle. she is 13 weeks old but very small. we also have her brother they are both the same age but the height difference is measurable. could anyone help me with what the sizes are to tea cup poodoles.
Answers:
The term "tea-cup" is the American description of very tiny Toy -Poodles, which often resulted from Crosses with other "toy" breeds e.g. Chihuahuas. They often have untypical "apple" skulls, and are supposed to fit in a tea-cup. Hence the name.
In Britain, there are three sizes of Poodle--Toy, under 11", the Miniature, between 11" and 15", and the Standard, over 15".The term, Tea cup, is not recognised. There is often quite a size variation within a litter of pups.
haha i thought it said how big is a tea cup of noodles
I've never seen a tea cup poodle but if it works the same as sleeve pekes. it will remain very small whilst other from the littler grow quite normally. this also happens with what people call miniature yorkies, they are all from the same littler
There is really no such thing as a 'teacup poodle.' Its really just a small poodle if it is below the height stated in the breed standard. Toy poodles cannot be more than 10 inches tall at the shoulder at full adult height. If they are, the are considered miniature poodles.
THERE IS NO SUCH TEACUP ANYTHING!
This is simply a word that breeders "usually Puppy Mills or Back Yard Breeders" use to lure you into paying way too much money for a below standard puppy of what ever breed they have.
Occasionally you get a smaller than normal sized puppy, BUT IT'S NOT A GOOD THING. The puppy wouldn't fall within the standards for it's breed, and wouldn't be as healthy as a normal one of it's breed either.
THIS *AGAIN*? STILL??
