Why are there no green animals?
Wouldn't it make sense?
Answers:
There are plenty of green animals. but there are no naturally green MAMMALS
Somewhere along the evolutionery trail mammals just lost the genes necessary to make green pigments. There are a couple of mammals that do appear green. some sloths move so slowly that moss and algae grow on them so they look green.
And there was a report a couple of years back of a couple of green polar bears!! Apparently each hair of polar bear fur is hollow for additional insulation and a couple of polar bears in a Singapore zoo somehow picked up some algal growth living in the hollow hairs. so it looked green!
there r
dinosaurs are green roar

Sloths are green, but thats because they have algae growing in their fur. It makes sense except that leaves are only green for a short time of the year, so brown is the best all round strategy.

last time check there are green animals, like lizards, frogs, iguanas.
What color do you think iguanas are? Are they not animals?
And there are birds' feathers. I don't know if that counts, because their skin is actually a pale color, but if you consider some birds to be blue and some to be white, then I know that some are green too.
You didn't really think about this one too much, did you?

There are green animals...many birds, amphibians and reptiles are colored green. The three-toed sloth have an olive green cast to it's hair thanks to a specialized algae that lives in it. Also there are the Green Monkeys from Barbados (originally form W. Africa) whose young is blue and the adults have an olive green hair color.
