Answers:
HI I HAVE HAD LOTS OF CATS AND STILL DO AND ALL MY ARE DONE GIRLS AND BOYS IT DOES NT CHANGE THEM EXCEPT MAKE THEM SOPPIER AND MORE HOMELY AND ITS THE BEST THING TO STOP UNWANTED KITTENS. THERE ARE TOO MANY CATS ABANDONED SO ITS THE RESPONSIBLE AND LOVING THING TO DO. GO FOR IT
no it wont our cat is spayed and she is still the same
yes if she is fixed too late. Its supposed to be before they go into heat or after their first litter is born.my female cat did turn nasty but I've seen lots that are fine
No Rose
It shouldn't change her, it will quieten her down a lot
No as a owner of 6 cats spaying or neutering will not harm them. If you don't spay her when she goes in heat she will want out of the house and more than likely will get out. Also male cats will hang around your home when she's in heat. Good Luck :)
Depends on the age. If still young it doesn't seem to affect them as much, but if you do it when she is a couple of years old, she will be a real pain--cats as you probably know hold grudges. I have one female spayed later, she doesn't even like to be touched and cringes when you do; although she still hangs around the house and acts like she wants attention. Another one spayed after her first litter is anti-social except when she wants to sleep in my lap. Unfortunately, female cats in general are not nearly as affectionate and social as males.
Nah my little girl was exactly the same!
we had our siamese 'fixed' when she was about 6 mths old, it hasnt changed her one bit,she is still as playful, affectionate and loud!
She may gain some weight. But nothing really personally changes. Mine, she was less grouchy.
Not unless you count the frantic behavior that goes with being in heat.
