Answers:
cats are not good with milk it causes them digestive trouble, smelly poops and sore colically pains, stop giving them milk, the one that doesn't take it is wise...
thats grose.

and milk isnt good for cats.
Well cats really don't need to drink milk. One could be latose intorant if its people milk. If its cat milk then he could just not like milk.
Do Not give Them milk,

Cats do not have the proper enzymes to properly break down the sugar in milk which is called 'lactose.' You may have heard of people who are lactose-intolerant. They are also missing these digestive enzymes. If the proper enzymes are not present, the lactose remains undigested and tends to ferment in the intestine and cause diarrhea. Some pets can tolerate a little milk, others, none at all. If your pet enjoys and appears to tolerate milk, you can give your pet small amounts. Better yet, give your pet one of the special cat or dog milks on the market that have had the lactose removed.
First off, you shouldn't be giving any of your cats milk. Cats are lactose intolerant, and in the best case scenario it will give the cat diarrhea.

Secondly, cats like to groom each other. When we had our female cat, our male was constantly licking her butt.
try getting Felix cat milk or another brand if yo prefer.

as milk is not good for cats it gives them the runs
i had the same problem with my cats seperate them and the cat that doesnt drink put that one in a seprate room and leave the cat alone for about 30 minutes and if that doesnt work than take alittle milk and put it on its lips good luck
Lots of cats don't like milk, so that's not abnormal - make sure they both get plenty of water, as even the one which likes milk won't be able to digest it properly. And the bottom sniffing is just animal behaviour I am afraid - the one having the bottom sniffed is the dominant one, the sniffer is trying to keep him/her happy!
1 could b lactos intolerant
so maybe one of them wasn't ammune to the moms milk plus it really isn't good for them so takre the other one off milk asap unless its its moms milk but it needs to get used to not having that milk...so give it water
If your kittens are weaned from their mother, I only give them milk occassionally as a treat. Mostly they need lots of fresh water. Sounds like one cat is trying to clean the other cat. Nothing to do with what they drink or eat. Just what cats do. They're tongues have antibacterial cells (?) that they use to clean themselves . It's not gross. It's nature. If the milk gives them diarrhea do not give it anymore.
give ur cats Whiskas milk, mine love it. my kitten sticks her nose up the other cats bums when they come in, its a greeting thing, just sayin hello.
PLEASE DO NOT give yout cats milk unless its specially made for them! you havent said what sex your kitties are.? if male he may be showing early signs of sexual activity.push him away when he/she does this.if it annoys you.it may just be a 'greeting thing'.'she/he will eventually stop and hopefully when neutered or 'fixed' it should stop!
