I think you are saying that she is on a vegetable diet? Lentils are the best diet based food for a vegetarian dog..I don't know what they are called in your country, but here is what they kook like> http://images.google.com/images?sourceid.
You can cook them with most vegetables, but not onion or cabbages or tomatoes..If you can get goat milk, that would be a great help to her.
I don't know where you live, but sea grass is also very good to put, uncooked, in her food..Like this> http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10.
From the ocean, or bought dried at the market..
Go to the doctor.
forget the medicine, give her some food !
oh.my god! she got sick, take her go to visit her family Doctor immediately.
This sounds serious. Consult your vet today.
Is she drinking lots of water?

Could be diabetes or thyroid. Vet check required
This dog should have seen the Vet long ago take poor dog NOW
Forget the veg.give her lots of meat!...and visit the vet immediately.
you need to take her to the vets no one can give you anything more then tips on here and an incorrect tip is not worth loosing your dog for
Poor you,,,and your poor dog, Have you wormed her out maybe shes not getting the food if she has worms. It will not harm her if she has no worms, If it were my dog i would have her to the vets right away. If you can't get to the vet ring them and ask themm is there anyway in which to treat this as you dog is loosing weight fast. Hope she gets better
Have you ever heard of a veterinarian? Get that poor thing there.
Take her to a vet straight away. I don't think a vegetable diet is a very good idea for a dog unless you are an animal nutritionist. Dogs are, by nature, omnivores and need some of the vitamins, minerals, and proteins that can only be found in animal products. Feed your dog a suitable diet and I'm sure you will see an improvement.
Pancreatic and intestinal disorders occur commonly in dogs. Signs usually include diarrhoea with or without vomiting, but changes in appetite, increased bowel sounds, excessive intestinal gas and abdominal discomfort may also be seen. Chronic pancreatic and intestinal disease may result in the so-called malabsorption syndrome, which is mainly characterised by weight loss and diarrhoea. Weight loss is occasionally the main or only sign noticed by the owner.
German shepherds dog appear to have an increased risk of chronic pancreatic and intestinal disease compared with other dog breeds. The exact cause of this is unknown but there is growing evidence that some dogs may have an immune deficiency, which predisposes them to developing intestinal disorders as well as chronic infections.

DO NOT IGNORE THIS PROBLEM..IT COULD BE VERY SERIOUS...GET HER TO THE VET
nobody here can give you any advice other than take her to a vet. What do you mean by a "vegetable diet"? If you don't take her to the vet someone may report you to the RSPCA and she will be taken from you and you will be prosecuted and fined or jailed.
take her to the vets she prob has something wrong in the tum or maybe she is stresessed have you moved house or been away for a while?
It could be a thyroid disorder, or pancreatitis. I'm sorry, she relly needs to see a vet. We can't tell what the problem is.
Go and talk to your vet,she should not be loosing weight like that, ask your vet about her
diet, the little love needs food inside her, take her to a vet, good luck with her.
If you mean that she is on a vegetarian diet, then you had better start feeding her some meat, now.Dogs are primarily carnivores and need meat to develop properly and be healthy. She is probably protein-deficient.You need to take her to a vet before you do anything, but your dog's problems are almost certainly diet-related.
