My hamster is mutated and now he is in pain should i kill him? because i dont have the heart for it?

Oh my god! do as everyone is telling you, take the poor thing to the vets and don't do what some idiot said and give it to your dog.. that's just sick and cruel. how old is the baby? can you separate it from the mother and any siblings? you don't say if its sick or whether the mother has attacked it.. which is it?

Actually danyank it does not cost hundreds of dollars for a hamster, it's far from it. Take it to a vet he will decide it's fate.
