Can you give advice on showing my dog in England?
Answers:
first of all, is your dog KC registered. If not, you don't have a chance. No dogs can be shown in this country without these papers. Secondly, it might be wise to find a breed club as they often give ringcraft lessons and advice on how best to show your dog. Once you are in the right circles, just make sure you have a way to pay for registration at shows and a way to get around. Your dog is still young enough for the puppy groups, but after 18 mths she will be showing against conditioned adult showing dogs. Good luck
Try the kennel club website

you can contact her, she is a bit loony though,
good luck
Your dogs breeder should be your first port of call. Any reputable breeder would be delighted if one of their pups owners showed an interest in showing a dog from their line. The breeder will tell you if he/she thinks your dog is good enough to compete and will mentor you through the process of getting a dog ready for show.
Good luck, showing is great fun provided you don't take it too seriously.
i would start by going to a local ring craft to get the ways of showing.enter a local open show..most ringcraft classes have schedules of local shows then go on to championship shows..but first you need as well as the dog training in show etiquette etc go to the kennelclub website and look up ringcraft classes..
Your best bet is to contact the kennel club for advice. They should be able to tell you what you need to do to show your dog etc..
Ring craft classes at your local obedience classes are the best place to start. Friendly and fun!
Don't over dress yourself. People want to notice your dog. That was a piece of advice I was given when I started. At first I was quite annoyed, but as I got into it, I did realise how right they were! Ho hum!
