How do i get my 4 month old dog to stop going to the papers to do the toilet?

Take the papers and put them outside on the lawn.After a while he'll stop to smell the smells and he'll have to go agin and will usally go on the grass.
Train it to use the water closet!
Start moving the papers closer to the front or back door every day, then one day just take them away all together.
Stop leaving trash all over the house.
keep movin the paper closer to exit outside ,then as close 2 door as possible, get him used 2 that spot only, then remove paper when he starts searchin out that area grab ur leash and take him out lay paper on ground let him do his thing and after a while forget the paper forever

if you have gradually moved papers out side then you will have no problems training it to go out side ,my dogs are young and in this weather i have my patio door open all day (if im at home)and they have learnt to go outside by smells and curiosity,you just have to remember not to leave newspapers or mags on floor cause he will be tempted
for goodness sake the dog is still a baby .move the papers nearer and nearer the door take out everytime it wakes up before and after eating and praise when it goes outside.never scold you will only distress the dog and confuse it more..

first thing in a morning, lock him outside in your garden, open a window close to the dog and say get a wee, get a wee, get a wee, over and over, this takes ages for him to wee but when he goes run out with a treat and praise him like mad, then feed him, eventually he will think hang on, he locks me out then I wee then I get fed! maybe I should wee? He'll do this much quicker every time to get fed but it takes a dog 14 times to learn something so be patient! then when you lock him out at any time of the day and say get a wee, he will so shouldn't go in the house but if you're just training try this but when you go out leave paper down so he still knows he has to go in this certain place.
what we did was gradually move the paper to the garden, a foot a day or something, gradually it will get used to it!
