Which is louder, a Cows moo or a Horses whiny/neigh?

Answers:
I would say a cows moo. I hear them all the time because I live in a rural village. Bloody things keep me awake. The plebs.
the horse
depnds on wht mood their in but most of the time its cows
i think they are both resonably loud. but i think cows are louder.
cows!!
well.it depends! lo que ^_^ lol
depends really but i'd say a horse they do neigh pretty loud! wait a minute.what sort of a question is this? lol!
I would say a cow, especially since it can be long and drawn out..
horse
mooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
That would depend on how much effort the animal put in!

But seriously - if you used the same type of equipment that the police and community rangers use to record and measure noise pollution, then it would be the cow, because it picks up on bass rather than high pitch noises - i think!
uuum. the moo. For Sure...
I think you will find that they are of similar decibles. The difference is the pitch. Cows moo's tend to be fairly low and resonant, and this can make sound quieter as our ears are not great at picking up lower pitches. Horses whinnies can be ear splitting at times as they are high pitched and right in our best range of hearing.
Depends on which one your standing closest to I suppose, Both can be extremely load when they need to be!!!!!!
i think a cows moo i used to live near cows and they mooooooooo really loud especialy at night
Cannnot believe i am answering this.. but hey ok.. i think it would be a cows moo,,, but would depend how close you were to each of them at the time i suppose.. x
The horse for sure..
I would say a horse since they seem a bit higher pitched. Also, it would depend on the animal as their voices do differ like us humans. Some are deeper, louder, softer, higher, etc.
cows! horses dont always neigh unless they see food or is spooked!
My Wife.
a horses whinny neigh! That is so high pitched at times - deafenin wen it whinies right in ur ear 2! lol
A shrill excited whinny can be really loud - to the point of almost hurting your ears - where cows tend to be that small bit quieter - so Im going for the horse
I think a cow's bawl is by far louder because it is a lower pitch. I know I've been up in the pasture walking fence and can hear the cows from quite a distance, but can't hear the horses. Of course horses don't "talk" as much as a cow does either. The loudest thing out there, though, has got to be the donkey. I can hear him braying from a couple of miles away!
A horse!!
A horse. Especially when it's excited and won't shut up. :)
well, a horse's whinny is quite peircing, and can travel a long way, whereas a moo is lower pitched and doesnt seem so loud. they are probably (in general) about the same volume. or course, it cahnges with size, age ect. some horses cant neigh at all!
I would say cows, but it depends on individual animals.
i would say the horse because when you live near cows and horses i here horses and there louder because i got cows and horses and i have to study them
