Anyone know the best way to treat Columnaris (Body Fungus) in Guppies?

Apart from a salt bath. Thanks!

Answers:
Your best bet is an antifungal medication available at your pet store. However, if your tank is at least 10 gallons, you can also add up to a teaspoon of salt to the water without hurting your fish. This will change the pH levels, making a hostile environment for the fungus to grow.
You can get commercial preparations at your LFS.
Salt and vinegar plus some nice firm chips..mmmmm
no idea but the answer from paul sounds spot on to me, nice one
You should go to a pet store you trust, and ask for the most fitting medcine for your fish. There is a big variaty of fish medcine, just make sure the description of your fish is accurate so you get the best one!

Good luck with that, and I like guppies too! ;)
i would just go with the salt bath, chemicals are usualy expensive and some times can kill an already weak fish.
Try Methelyn Blue, I think my spelling is correct. It work a treat.
