Why do people have to let their dogs poo on the pavements?

Because they are lazy prats who don't give a toss about their animals or other people. I have 3 dogs and take bags with me everywhere I go with my pups.
What do you expect the poor dogs to do? If they are desperate to go then they should be allowed to go. As long as the owner takes bags with them and clears the poo up I can't see why you would stress about it. Maybe if the dog owners took their dogs out for a good run twice a day on a field or somewhere that the dog can get good exercise and do their business (clearing up after them of course) then the dogs would regulate their toilet time to coincide with this. It's the fact that some owners don't clear up after their dogs that really hacks me off! Sorry about my rant I'm off to take a chill pill now - ta ta!
