URGENT Help NEEDED?
PLEASE help me my friend was looking after my hamsters about a week ago and now I've just found at least 4 babies in her cage HOW do I tell my mum! PLEASE HELP!! What do I do!
Answers:
Honesty is the best way to go. Tell your mom you'll try to sell the baby's or give them to a local pet store. Don't touch the baby's this may make the mom eat them. The same thing happend to me when a friend hamster sat for me too. I guess she didn't realize that Charlie can be a girls name too. Good luck with the baby's!

give them away to an animal shelter. they would take care of them.
explain this to your mum, she will understand
should of used a condom
bucket of water lol
you need to tell her that your hamster had babies, or just give away the babies.
mom my hamsters had sex and now i am a grandparent
Just go to your mum, give her a hug, and say thanks for getting me some more hamsters.
What's the problem? Just tell her. Then go on Craig's list on the Internet, if you wish, and give them away.
www.craigslist.com
flush them down the toilet
honesty is the best policy
and if that fails hide them till they are old enough to be re-homed
well firstly you need to separate the hamsters to stop another pregnancy they go back into heat within a few days of having babies. second just tell yer mom this was in no way your fault it is very hard to tell the sex of a hamster
second let the babies grow obviously and call round your local pet store sometimes they will take the babies or amybe even buy them. failing that give them out as gifts and ty not to let your hamsters do it again.
Just tell her- it's not as if you did something wrong. She might not be happy, but it's not really your fault- it's just one of those things, and a fairly minor one at that.
Tell her, Mum, I'm pregnant and the hamsters had babies. Nah, joking, I'm not pregnant.
Be honest with your mom, any relationship should be full of honesty. the hamsters will grow up in about a month and then you can find good homes for them.
just tell her before she finds out. you can take them to a pet shop and ask them to sell them for you
Not your fault, is just nature taking its course. I'm sure your mum won't be angry, why would she be? If you now have too many to look after you can always sell them. Just make sure you now separate the dad from the babies, or he will eat them all. (Alternatively that might solve the issue depending on your viewpoint).
whoaah,, its not the end of the world these things happen.
Walk up to her and say 'Congradulations, your a grandmother'! then explain your a** off! lol
Eat them.lol.6 mins either side under the grill, bit of mayo garnished with caesar salad.
You better tell your mom, it's not your fault your hamster had babies!! I had a hamster when i was younger, and she had babies, but for some reason she ate them, i'm not joking!!!! I was so creeped out I gave her away.
ever heard heard of a microwave?
Honesty is the best way to go sweet trust me. besides when your mum sees the adorable pink babas she love them too. Good luck
Honesty is best lol (but that can be hard with parents). But also hamsters have a gestation period (pregnancy) of over a month so it can't have been your friend's fault, petshops and breeders often get the sexes wrong with hamsters and rabbits coz they're so small. You should definatly seperate the male though or you will soon have more babys and just let the mum take care of everything with the babys she should be fine.
just tell her! hamsters are hard to sex! i had the same thing happen to me..just remove the male and let the mummy get on with her job,,rehome the babies once they are 6 weeks old and ready to mate, just make sure you sell them as individuals!
your hamster must have already been having these babies before you friend was looking after them.
Just tell your mum, mums like it when you are honest with them, trust me she'll understand, start by saying to your mum - "mum, i've got some really bad news" - she will think its something terrible, then say - "my hamsters had babies" - she will be releived it wasnt something serious, trust me it will work.
hey dont worry, just tell your mum they are easy to look after and then once they have stop feeding of there mum you can take them to pet shop and they will give you money for them. Thats what i did. and they are so cute when there little
mum, this may shock you, but im a daddy
Freddy Starr will take them of your hands.
