What health risks are there when you put animals in cages?
Not domestic animals, the type you put in a circus (tigers, horses, ect). Please try and name as many diseases or health risks you can think of in as much detail is possible.

Animals in cages can face unsanitary conditions,,,,not well socialized,,,have development problems.and depression. As w/horses, they are a grazing animal so boredom is a big issue. They become cribbers or wood chewers. A caged animal needs its freedom to exercise and expand the lungs and to get sunlight. Do you realize how many vitamins an animal gets from the sun or by eating grass. The leg problems that occur from not getting the adequate amt of exercise or too much exertion on an animal that has been left for days in his prison walls. Only responsible ppl should have caged animals.
depends now they can be angry when you get them out the cage or maybe not , as the health risks if you don't put them in a cold place and rainy , i don't really know you shoud ask someone else

If the cages aren't kept clean I'm sure they can get some of the diseases humans can when kept around they're own waste. If they were previously wild, then I would imagine they'd have a lot of emotional problems that would effect their behavior. Perhaps they wouldn't eat the meat or prepared for them, and that would lead to starving. It all depends.
It depends on what country you are in. Most of the animals in the United States would be quarantined before they are shipped here. Different species have different diseases. Did you know that they found Ebola in a cave with bats? One disease that you have to watch for is rabies.
If one of those Kimono dragons should bite you, death would come within 3 days because you would die from septic infection.
A mosquito biting a horse then biting you could give you meningitis. You can also gets worms from an animal if you don't wash your hands well after handling it.
You could also get clawed, bit, stomped or gored to death.
Why the hell do people put such a wonderfull animal as a Tiger in a cage obviously if it is for medical purposes that is fine these animals are not house pets they are Alpha predators and are at their best doing what they are designed to do hunt,stalk,kill as for health risks no idea
