On behalf of jj, you're very welcome
Hey there iam sorry but iam not IJ all i can suggest is may be the RSPCA might be able to offer some free advice if the vets are good but a veterinary surgery might be able to help as well because i do not have a dog myself i cannot give you more advice on this but please keep trying the vets as they are the only people who can help.
It's true what she said. Animals with problems should not be punished or made to feel neglected.
glad answers helped you
