Help with kitten?

i had a 10 week old kitten, is it normall for him to keep biting,,

Answers:
COMPLETELY normal. And, if you haven't had him declawed yet (or if you're even going to), he'll use his claws on everything since kittens are still a little less stable on their feet than an adult. He's basically still teething, but he'll get over it as long as you don't make it a habit when you're playing with him. If he chews on a toy, its fine, but if he excessively bites YOU, then you should probably do something about it. Like, if you stop playing with him everytime he gets a little too rough, then he'll eventually get the point. But, I think its just him being a kitten right now, don't worry about the behavior disorders til about a year or so.. hope I helped!

Yes. Kittens are shitbags, get used to it.
yes , he may be scared!
yes it normal. hes just palyin wit yah
You had? Meaning it's gone? Yes, it's quite normal. Kittens are not ****Bags, I have dog's that eat out of the cat litter box, what are they?
Biting? If they are trying to suck on your finger that means they are hungery - they are still young enough to want to be nursed. Plus kittens are like puppies they are curious and want you to use all their senses to experience their new world.
hes playing
a gentle tap on the nose should stop it.
its completely normal, its just playing
It's normal they do grow out of it. So don't worry
Is the kitten being playful or aggressive ? A ten week old kitten loves to playfight. I would suggest wearing leather gloves and giving him a great belly rub and let him go to town on your gloved hands.
My kitten did the same. She's now 12 and still sinks her teeth in at every opportunity! Sometimes they're just violent (but still loveable). But yeah, he might just be adapting to her new surroundings, just make him feel safe and loved.
it is very normal - buy him a little toy to bite on and ignore him totally when he bites you.
our kitten started to bite my girlfriend as soon as we got it and has never stopped. it has never bitten me, might be a hormone thing
yes that completely normal, he just needs to get used to you, and plus their teeth are still kind of growing so they need to bite things ! GOOD LUCK XxX
I think it is. They can be really nasty little things. My sister had 5 kittens from one litter. There i am thinking you are all so sweet, treading carefully, stroking them gently and they are fighting and biting each other- not enough to injure though. It seems it is just play- such as you see lion cubs do on nature films etc. They grow out of it mostly.
its normal. they are just playing.
Yes it could be teething like dogs do
yea i think thats normal
Yes, very normal kitten behavior. Never play with him with your hands. Always use a cat dancer or feather toy for play.

At almost three months it's time to start "training". When he uses his mouth (1) pick him up gently and hiss in the his face, (2) say a firm "No!" and (3) put him away from you. If you will follow that three-step procedure (and everyone else in the household should do the same) with absolute consistency he will catch on pretty fast.
Some kittens are rough players. Many will bite until trained not to. Do not let your kitten bite you. Re-direct his bites to a toy. Give a stern ''no'' when he does bite you, and remove your hand from his reach.
biting what.....is he biting you? he mostly wants to play...when he bites put a toy in his mouth,so he can learn the difference. or is he biting other things? could be teething .Cathy
Usually when a cat bites, its a form of playing. If its without a toy or provcation he's probably just scared. Try to make him feel at home!
i think so my kitten keeps bitting and scratching
yes!! i had a kitten who bit me every chance he got. mostly on the legs and ankles. scolding didn't seem to help. the vet said the kitten was at the age where the mom should be teaching it to hunt. the desire to hunt is there but they don't know what to hunt so you become the "prey". i would tell him no and distract him with a toy and eventually he out grew it. just be patient and consistant.
He will be teething.
It is normal, however, never, never use your hands as cat toy, because if you like have him chase your fingers, or anything like that, he will think you are a toy to conquer. When he does bite, gently - gently say no and lightly tap his nose. it worked with mine. Good luck
yes it is normal. if you keep letting him do it,he will continue. dont encourage him and he will probaly grow out of it. get some toys also.
yes, don't worry he will grow out of it. I have a 3 yr old cat who used to love to bite who has grown out of it and i also have a 10 week old kitten who is biting me right now, its just their way of playing and learning to hunt. just make sure he has plenty of toys to play with even if its just cotton reels or plastic cork screws
Yes
thats so cute! He's just playing with you. Give him a toy to bite instead of your flesh!
Be careful though, my cat used to bite the Xmas tree and chew the tinsel, imagine my horror when i changed his litter tray and found sparkly poo!!
Oh yes thats the best bit about having a young kitten the bite all the time. Make sure it has plenty of toys to play with if it really hurts you could try putting gloves on
