I want a pet but what kind should i have?

Answers:
that depends on what kind of "feed-back" you want - and how much care and time you can "invest". if you have enough time (dogs need a walk twice-trice a day) and space, you can have a dog. they're great friends!
if you prefer cats - hm, that's like having one more family member: they have a real human character, can be moody and whimsical..
Parrots are great: they don't require much space, but they're very sociable - and will suffer and be bored if you leave them alone for a long time.
Lizards and fish need special care - and are beautiful like souvenirs: look great - but no emotions;)
Get a dog they are the coolest!
a cat
Dog.
Question is, how much time can you spend on it? Dogs need regular walks no matter what the weather.

Just weigh up pros and cons, of the cost of food, vets bills etc

If you choose a dog or cat, then go to a animal shelter
u should get a kitten
If you can afford it, take a dog!
If not, take a cat or a bunny.
it depends on your lifestyle..if you aren't around much b/c of a job or school, get a cat, bird or hamster, because they prefer solitude and don't require alot of attention. however, if you are home most of the time and want a family pet, buy a dog. I have three dogs and I think they make great pets.
If you decide to get a dog, buy one young (if possible) because then it will be easier to train and if you can't, adopted older dogs are fine too! (I got my dog Stormi from the ASPCA and wouldn't trade her for the world!) If you want a cat, local pet stores such as Petsmart and Petco have cats (and dogs) in the adoption center, waiting for a home. And if you are looking for a hamster or bird, you can also find them at pet stores, of all shapes colors and sizes. Best wishes with your new pet!:)
It depends on your own level of intelligence. Gold fish have a memory span of 3 seconds and elephants are apparently the most intelligent animal on land with a brain weighing at about 11 pounds! If you still prefer a swimming pet that is intelligent, then opt for a dolphin! But then you will have to buy a home on the beach!
The actual answer to your question is more what do yóú want in a pet? Do you want a body guard? Then get a dog.
get a chihuahua there very loyal and cuddly you show them love they will return it i should know i have 3 toby pepe and nikki and i love them to bits
Well if you are getting your first pet ever then get a betta fish. I have a hamster and they are really cute and nice. Ask the people who work there whats the nicest breed. I have a honey hamster and they are really nice. They sleep in your hand, listen and yawn so kute!!
Cats and dogs are really great but u gotta spend time with them every day. Rabbits, rats, guinea pigs or birds don't give a lot of work but u gotta clean the cage. In my opnion u should get a cat or a dog. If u live in an apartment get a persian cat. If u live in a house u should get a big dog!
A hamster as they can b fun to watch, and their not too expensive. My hamster runs on top of her wheel instead if inside it and she does a lot of other funny stuff too.
my suggestion to you is to get a rabbit i love them but you have to get nice ones or you can't love on them or anything like that
There are many different kinds of pets that are great! Though it depends on you. If you have the time; patience; expenses to care for that kind of pet.

If you don't really have the time to care and play with a pet then fish would be your best bet. If you have time to play, groom, etc. with your pet then that opens the door to alot of animals!

Ferrets; Dogs; cats; birds; are some of the animals i have had and they were great! My suggestion to you is sit down and consider how much time you would have with a pet and your expenses..then research the kind you think you would want.
There surely is an animal that is suited to your needs/wants!

If you decide on one and need further help please ask! I love helping people when i can
Well keep in mind that you will have to care for what ever you chose. If you are not looking for something that needs a lot of care maybe some fish or a turtle or frogs or something like that would be good. But if you want to care for something maybe a dog or cat or hamster would be good. Before you get it you should do some research so you can learn about caring for it. That will help you see if the pet you want is right for you.
if you have to ask; then you don't deserve one!
a maltese or a yorkshire terrier they are so cute
a rescue animal
Just draw a smiley face on a banana, thats what I did.
Perfect pet.
Cat or Rat they are great fun
get a cat
Guinea Pigs rule ok!!!
