Take him to the mall to a place called Claires, they do peircings. They did my 90 yo Grandmas ears there. Make sure his "danglies" aren't too big, they might get tangled in his rhinestone encrusted collar, or his butch belly button peircings if he likes to lick, ya know what I mean? And you don't want him getting "caught" on the playground equipment at the dog park. Maybe you should try studs until he is old enough to be cautious. LMAO! Good luck with your doggie!
