Pregnancy signs?

how long after you stop taking the pill does it take 2 become preggers, i came off the pill about a mth ago, i am due on around the 15th of this month, but i am starting to feel emotional and feel like im gonna come on could this be a sign of my period due to start or am i preggers. Im guessing the symptoms i get b4 a period now will be different to what i got while on the pill. Am i rite im thinking my hormones will be different now im off the pill? Im not totally dumb just a little confused!

Could be either, the signs of very early pregnancy are very similar to pre-menstrual symptoms: tender breasts, feeling over-emotional, tiredness, etc. Some people feel sick right from early on in pregnancy, others never feel sick at all, and sickness of course could be due to other things (a virus, food poisoning). It can be very confusing, and get you all excited if you're hoping to be pregnant.

However, if it's 4 weeks or more since the first day of your last period, then you can take a home pregnancy test. They're very accurate these days right from the day your period is due.
Im sorry darling ur pregnannnnnnttttttttttt!!have fun with ur little baby.
Go to your GP
It is probably the case that your body is adjusting after the pill. You can get pregnant by missing one pill, so one week or one month it would make no difference. My guess is, your body is adjusting.

Signs would probably not be cramps, but sickness, swollen breasts. It is unlikely to have the anxiety related to pregnancy. Stop stressing just now and wait till the 15th.
It can take the body several months to regulate its own horomones after coming off the pill. You can get pregnant right away or it may take a while. The way you are feeling now may just be your body adjusting back to normal.
every one is different but chances are dat u are a pregger and Ur period really dnt mean anything becuz u could receive one up 2 4 mths pregnant.
It can be many of things , but from experience I think your pregnant because I thought I was coming onto a period but little did I know I was coming on to a set of twins Layla & Deshawn!!
For the first couple of months, when you stop taking the pill, it is like the first few months of taking the pill. Your body has to get used to the new amount of hormones it is getting. It will take a few months to get back to normal.
it took me 3 months
I just stopped taking the pill in Sept., it took 6 weeks for me to get my first period the whole time I thought i could be pregnant, but no such luck this month. Your body will feel different, at least mine did. Although it has been sometime since have been off the pill or pregnant. I hope you are pregnant, good luck
At this early stage, it's extremely unlikely that you would be experiencing effects of pregnancy. Although not impossible, they generally begin to show around two weeks after you've missed your first period.

After coming off the pill, most women experience worsening of their premenstural symptoms, as the pill supresses many of them. After coming off the pill, I have found that my breasts become very sore a good ten days in advance of mensturating. Also, your period may not be as regularly timed as normal for a few months, and a little heavier than you are used to.

That being said, it's not unheard of, so if your period is late, it may be worth taking a pregnancy test.
