i am really confused! can anybody explain it to me, ok i sound dum but im just a slow learner!
Answers:
It can take up to 18 months for you to get pregnant after you've come off the implant. Your body needs time to get rid of all the hormones.
Sometimes they will give you Clomid to stimulate egg production, but it's a rare case and you only get 3 Clomid does in a lifetime.
for goodness sake, ask your bloody doctor, hes the only one who knows
14 days after the first day of your period. That's when you most likely ovulate. Best of luck!
their is a great book called every woman. and like the title every woman should have one.
I suggest that you take the fertility course on www.fertilityfriend.com it helps and it can be at your own speed.
In humans, ovulation happens approximately 14 days before the start of the next menstrual cycle. However, normal ovulation can occur as early as around day 8, or as late as day 20 or beyond. The timing of ovulation depends on the length of the woman's menstrual cycle, hence a woman with a particularly short cycle will ovulate earlier while a woman with a long cycle will ovulate much later. Some women can feel a slight pain in their lower abdomen, known as Mittelschmerz or "intermenstrual pain".
After having an implant the hormone that prevented pregnancy will still be in your system. Most healthcare professionals will advise that it could take 6-12 months to concieve following injection or implant of a contraceptive device. Good Luck
you have to have a pretty regular cycle because you ovulate 14 day BEFORE your next period
so if you have a 28 day cycle then you ovulat on the 14th day of the cycle
the fist day is the day you start your period
The first day of your period is day 1 of the cycle. A normal cycle lasts 28 days. Your most fertile period is usually between the 14 - 17 day of your cycle. This is not an exact science, only an average thats in all the books. Women can get prgnant at pretty much any time of the cycle, so avoiding sex during the fertile period is'nt always a reliable form of contraception.
Good Luck.

Most women ovulate between 11 and 14 days after your period. You should have sex every other day the week that you are ovulating. This gives him time to "build up".
you count 14 days from the first day of your period (21st) so 3rd of November would be ovulation day. But not every woman has the same cycle so ovulation can be anything between day 12 to 17. I heard of an ovulation test you can buy at the chemist, why not try that.
Go to www.mymonthlycycles.com its a free online ovulation predictor. You put in the first day of your last menstrual perios and how long your cycle is, and it gives you the most opportune times to try and get pregnant
It is a complicated process, but here's one way to do it. Count a week and a half after the first day of your period and have sex at least every other day for the next 3 weeks after that. You should "hit" your ovulation period this way and get you pregnant.
Provided you are on a 28 day cycle you best chances of conceiving are from today 1st November to Monday 6th November.
i'm having my implant out tomorrow and they say that you are most fertile after having it removed. the best bet for you is to buy some ovulation tests and hen you think its about the middle of your cycle try a test and if it positive get to it! hope its of some help x

you should stop panicking and worrying about it all. sometimes it can take a year for your body to adjust so relax and enjoy the practice.
just enjoy having a good sex life with your partner and when it happens it happens.
there is no point panicking over these things as it has been proven that the more stressed you are about this the less likely it is too happen
if you want to know when you are ovulating. next time you have a period check the date on a calender. wait till the next period and check the date again. count the amount of days from the first day of you last period up till the first day of the current one. divide by two and this will give you the rough estimate of your ovulation time. now count this number from first day of current period and that will give you a rough guide of when you will be ovulating this month. in other words. if 1st day to 1st day is 28 days. day 14 is your ovulation day. have a load of sex on days 12-18 and you have a high chance of becoming pregnant!.
just remember that with contraceptive pills, injections, etc it can take upto 12 months for your body to adjust back to normal so it could take over 12 months for you to get pregnant
good luck
