Same symptoms if on pill?
If you get pregnant on the pill do you still get the same symptoms as someone who wasnt on the pill? I think i may be a little over 4 weeks - im very tired, i feel like period is going to start but its not due, stitch pain and the odd twinge around higher stomach area (is this normal), going to loo frequently, back ache all over and my appetite has increased.

they sound similar to early signs of pregnancy but if you suspect then take a test and if your still taking the pill then stop until you've found out for sure cos they can be doing harm to the baby.
