Can you get pains up your vagina if pregnant in early stages?

Answers:
Oh yes! I had them my whole pregnancy. The ladies on the webmd chat boards refer to them as ECP (evil crotch pains). I hope yours dont last for 9 months like mine did! Good luck! Happy and healthy 9 months !
In my first trimester I would get this shooting pain there, felt like it was a nerve or something. It only lasted a few days, and my OB said it was normal.
Pregnant in the early stages of what?
yes, as your uterus grows it moves other organs around.
also I had a complete hysterectomy and I still get shooting pains sometimes. It could be your bladder.Ask your physician
Yes, I had this and they did a check for ectopic pregnancy. It's a very, very small chance but maybe you should pop along to the hospital. It's really quick and very unlikely but it might be wise to check any pain, especially if it's sudden.

I want to stress that it's a very, very, small chance and I don't want to worry you unduly but any pain should be checked out.
yes
Yes. those are normal pregnancy stretching aches and pains.sharp stabbing pain/ cramping ( with or without bleeding ) is not normal.
Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!
IT CAN BE COMMON IN PREGNANCY BUT IF IT DOES GET TO PAINFUL YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO YOUR MIDWIFE OR DOCTOR
