Answers:
HUNDREDS OF STOMACH CRUNCHERS(SIT UPS BUT NOT ALL THE WAY UP)
ALSO WHAT WORKED WELL FOR ME AFTER HAVING EACH OF MY THREE CHILDREN WAS HULA HOOPING.
COULDN'T KEEP THE HOOP UP AT ALL INITIALLY BUT PRACTICED HARD. ROTATING THE HIPS AND PULLING THE STOMACH IN WAS THE TRICK TO CIRCLING THE HOOP AND KEEPING IT ON MY WAIST.
GIVE IT A TRY. CHEAP AND FUN TOO.
ALSO CHECK OUT YOUR AREA TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY FITNESS INSTRUCTORS HOLDING CLASSES SPECIFICALLY AIMED AT GAINING PRE-PREGNANCY FIGURES. IT'S ALWAYS MORE SUCCESSFUL AND FUN WHEN YOU EXERCISE AS A GROUP. MAKES YOU LESS LIKELY TO GIVE UP AS YOU CAN DO IN YOUR OWN HOME. IF IT STARTS TO HURT OR FEEL TIRING IT'S TOO EASY TO GO AND STICK THE KETTLE ON AND HAVE A CUPPA AND A BISCUIT INSTEAD OF CONTINUING THE WORKOUT. CAN'T DO THAT IN A GROUP ENVIRONMENT. IT MAKES YOU LOOK A WOOSE IF YOU GIVE UP.
GOOD LUCK AND IF ALL ELSE FAILS AT LEAST YOU HAVE FOUR BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN AND WHEN THEY'RE OLD ENOUGH AND START WORK YOU CAN SUE THEM FOR GBH ON YOUR BODY.
try bursting it with a pin..
the bast method for toning your stomach is sit ups, its kind of old fashioned, yes but it's a great method of shaping
eat less, drink less
If doing sit-ups does not help due to loose skins on your belly then your other alternative would be to see a plastic surgeon.
maybe if you get really fat no one will be able to tell ever were fat of had a baby. then you can get free stuff and sue people for being obese.
after I had my baby my husband and I started to run every day and do crunches. Crunches really do help I was a stay at home mom and when my son was sleep or when I was just watching tv or had some extra time I did crunches you will have to do them on a daily basis (well I did)
I am still trying to loose that icky flab, working out at a gym, eat healthy, try eaating small snacks through the day,I may eventually get a tuck done if it doesn't go away. So I really don't know what to say hun, exsept that it is hard.
Sit ups Sit ups and more sit ups.I've had 3 kids and have been back into my size 3 jeans within 2-3 months after all three. As soon as you feel well enough, do as many as you can! I am now up to 50 at night and 50 in the a.m. No one ever believes I have three kids.Good luck!
I've had 2 kids and my youngest is 6months old 2. i also have a bit of flab. i think the only way 2 lose it is a good diet and exercise, that's what i'm trying at the moment. as with all things like this i dont think there's a quick fix. sorry
Plenty of walking and sit ups. Also of course dieting will help speed the process up alot. Cut your daily calorie consumption in half. This combined with exercise will help you loose the flab! Good Luck I'm trying to do the same. It is a slow process
get a boi to *** in a condom, and make him slap ya rnd da face wit a condom and also slap ur belly?
If you were at a healthy weight before pregnancy, you will bounce back to that weight within the next 2-3 months. Baby weight usually comes off on its own unless you start gaining weight from eating excessively. Don't worry, Your stomach will tighten up. You have to wait for your stomach muscles to tighten up (They will eventually do so) and then you will have an overall thinner looking appearance. You should also try some light exercises. How about some yoga or pilates? After my son, it took about 3 months to go back to how i was before the pregnancy. I ate light foods (I wasn't on a diet, I just tried not to eat any heavy to digest foods such as burgers, etc), and I exercised daily. You don't have to become obsessed with it. Alot of women form eating disorders after pregnancy. Just try to exercise as often as possible but keep everything light. Remember: You put on the weight gradually so you should lose it gradually. It's the healthy way, and the best way to keep it off.
What worked for me (I have three kids) was weight lifting. Nothing too strenuous but upper body work with free weights. Of course, carrying your 6 month old baby around is a perfect free weight. Talk with your doctor about it first!! Good luck!

PS Give it time. Please don't expect instant miracles overnight. A rule of thumb I use is that I give myself the same amount of time to "get back into shape" as my pregnancy.so, give yourself nine months.
Whit going to fitnes, running, yoga
as suggested above.see a plastic surgeon.if diet and exercise are not enough and you are past a certain age then your skin won't tighten after all that stretching. it is the only alternative! considering it myself
weight watchers worked for me, eating right and exercise will do it
let me lie on it ;-)
Breastfeed
you know i just had a baby 2 months ago and i'm going trough the same problem of wanting to loose the stomach flab. i think doing pilaties every night will help that's the advice my P.E teacher gave us.also having a healthy diet. another thing is if you have money you can get a tummy tuck.good luck it will be hard!
