i took clomid from day 5 to 9 and had ultra sound at day 12 of my peiod. dr said there was good egg and gave me inj profasi and said try after 24 hours.i had sex after 30 hours and 78 hour how many chance to get pregnant.any body use use clomid and profasi inj

It would have been better to have sex before the 24 hour marker, as sperm can live inside a woman for up to five days. It is always better to have sperm up there and waiting for the egg.
After you have had your injection, you will generally ovulate within 24 hours, hence the doctor telling you to have sex then. If you go this route again, then I highly suggest having sex the day of, and the day after the injection at the least.

you need to have more sex this would increase your changes. talk to the doc as the 24 hour point might have been vital and the extra 6 hours could have made a difference. go get a pregnancy kit from the pharmacy to see if you are pregnant
