Pregnancy: could i be pregnant?
I have had symptoms for pregnancy which are: 14th july no period still no period, sickness 3 days last week, feeling sick everynight not so much in the morning, frequent urination, feeling hot all the time last 2 days. But I done a test on Friday last week neg?
What do I do? Have been trying with partner for over 2 years, this is 1st time ive actually felt preg. But am i wanting it too much and is it all in my head?

during the first 2 weeks after missing a period i did 4 home pregnancy tests all negative,then went doctors 3 days later that result also came back negative,thought i was going mad as i already had 1 child and definately felt pregnant,did a few more home tests which also came back negative,i eventually found out that i was pregnant when i was 10weeks gone, i still dont know why all the tests came back negative, GOOD LUCK,:-)
some times a test can show negative if you are in the early stages,,, you should wait a little while and then either see your doctor or get another test.
yeah u need to wait a while longer and see a doctor.dont carry on doing DIY tests
You have what is called a hysterical pregnancy where you think you are pregnant, show signs of pregnancy but in reality you are not.
You could be! Try another test. I had a negative result when I was pregnant with my second, but it was positive a week later! But if it is still negative, I would go and see your doctor.
It sounds like but do some more tests, very occasionally they don't show up the first few days. Good luck.
i would wait a further week or so, sometimes the tests can pop up neg when infact you are..
also try popping along to your local doctors, they may refer you to your local hospital for a blood test.
The test could have shown negative if you took it in the afternoon, it is usually best to take it in the morning.
A test can show neg. when you are in the really early stages of being pregnancy. If you really need to know and are concerned about it I would go see your doctor.
It sounds like you are , I was 5 weeks and still having a period it my take a while for it to show in a test GO TO THE DOCTOR its the only way to make sure. it could just be the weather which is upsetting your body. good look
Hi! I have 4 kids but on my second, i had all the symptoms yet the pregnancy test showed neg. I went to my GP who did a blood test which confirmed it positive- like my GP said, a blood test is the sure way to find out! Good luck i'll keep my fingers crossed x
Some times home tests are not always correct I myself was off of all birth control for a year and when I started to feel sick it was at night never had any morning sickness at all I would go ahead and take percautions and take another test in about a week..
You're probably in the early stages (i'll keep my fingers crossed for you) so try doing a test in another 5-7 days. I know it'll be hard to wait but sometimes the hormones don't show this early.
Also, try testing first thing in the morning, the first wee you do when you get out of bed, as this has the most hormones in it.

Certainly sounds like you're pregnant, but like you say, it could be phantom symptoms. I think your best bet is to visit your GP who can take a blood test and find out for sure. Good luck!
You may or may not be pregnant. Home pregnancy tests are not always accurate. One may show positive and another negative. The best will be a blood test at the local clinic or hospital, which shouldn't be too expensive and you will get the absolute accurate results in a few hours or less. You can choose a test that will also show how long (weeks) you have been pregnant. Talk to your doctor futher.

i am in the same situation i have been tryig for 2 years still nothing yet but i tink i may be pregnant now because i have same signs such as feeling hot i was sick and im always felling sick, i think you should go see your gp and get him to do a blood test you will know for sure then good luck x

Tell you what you need to do, because your wanting it so much you can start feeling or experiencing symptoms. Go to your doctor and explain, they should perform a urine test or blood test. The blood test will be more definate. They may even ask you to wait a little longer, then take another test...Good luck.
Signs of pregnancy are definitely there, but it could be self-suggestion. Get a blood test as soon as possible to confirm. Good luck.
