When you are pregnant, when do your breasts start leaking milk?

Answers:
even from the first trimester
usually in your third trimester, but with me, i wasone of the lucky gals where i had it right away. that was oneof the signs i knew i was pregnant.
yes they can do ..
yes, but you buy them pads you stick in your bra, thats why its best to breast feed for a couple of months, get the milk out. everytime you use one tit, you gotta remeber as one will look bigger than the other, you gotta use them evenly. !!
Oh god, I had forgotten about this.. with my son.. at around 28 weeks. they were like taps. not very sexy! Although I found him very difficult to breast feed.. many a time, I would see glances toward my breasts and when I looked down, huge great wet patches over the nipples!!

With my daughter, not a drop until around 3 days after she born..

Oh, pregnancy, such a dignified time of life!
During pregnancy i had this problem from sixth month.you should make sure it stands up right possition.when it hangs down more leakage is possible.i suffered a lot that time,i use to take bath 6-7 times due to the stinky smell of milk.
You can use the breast pads available in the market.
This doesn't happen to everyone.I have four children and never leaked milk during pregnancy. The milk only came in after they were born.
Excuse me, but iam having breakfast
hi,
when i was pregnant with my first i didnt start leaking till 8/9 months and had to wear breast pads all the time. however im now pregnant with my second and on an odd time a little bit of milk has come out but nothing in large amounts, and now it has completly stopped and im 10 weeks pregnant. hope this helps
Yes some women do even in the early stages, whilst feeling like rockcakes, this is another hazard of pregnancy, if yours are doing it i'd invest in some washabbe breastpads as it maybe a little at first but some days you never know, these embarrassing moments are just practise for when it's baby sick enjoy!
Nope not me!
They may never do, not all women leak beforehad or much afterwards, I however leaked like a tap from 5 months! dont worry if you dont leak, it doesnt mean anything, you can still breastfeed succesfully.
i started leaking at about 7 months, it was only the colosorum , a clear fluid before the milk arrived 2 days after my son was born. If you are at all worried wear breast pads to keep it at bay. good luck.
Everyone is different. Was around half way through with my first, immediately with the next!
Breasts are primaarily made up of thousands of tiny milk glands, plus their small ducts, which join together to come out at the nipple. While there is almost defintely some overlap in the effect of hormones, generally oestrogen stimulates the growth of the ducts, while progesterone stimulates enlargement of the glands themselves.
Most of the growth of the ducts and the increase in breast size and weight happens in the first trimester, which is why this is the time to get fitted for a new bra. Its important to get fitted professionally, to ensure that ou buy the correct size of bra - usually about two sizes larger then your normal size.
Around a month before the baby is born, you'll also need to be fitted for a good nursing bra which can support the weight of your breasts during lactatation.

You can start leaking at any time during your pregnancy but its not acually milk it the pre-milk that you produce to give your baby all the antibodies in the first few feeds. Everybody is differant so sometimes women start leaking in the first trimester many in the thrid trimester and some not much until the birth. Your milk will come down normally about 24 hours after a natural birth and a little longer after a C-section. This can be a little uncomfortable as your brests are already fuller then before pregnancy but then milk makes them FULL. It will settle down within a week or two after birth, You produce plenty of milk at the start so your body can ajust to how much your baby needs.

Hope this was a little help.
mines just started leakin and im 5 months i only noticed little crusty bits on my nipples.
