No it doesn't sweety.It's swimming some of it is suppose to come out.It's totally normal and a couple of days later your body will start to clean its self out and even more will come out but it doesn't mean its not swimming and you can't get pregnant.Well hope I helped.

Everyone's already answered the question but I'll just back them up. Yes, you can get pregnant. A man ejaculates at about 30 miles an hour and a fair few hundred thousand sperm will make it past your cervix. Even pre-ejaculate can make you pregnant, so it's nothing to worry about.
