I'm six months pregnant, how can i feel more energetic?

Answers:
my best advise would be to sleep at least 8/9 hour every nite and cut down on junk food but sometimes it will not matter what you do ul still feel tired, good luck it wont be for much longer
Get in a time machine and go back 7 months!lol
eat healthy and exercise ask your ob-gyn what exercises you can do
Just think of all the sleepless nights to come in the new year and you'll get a new lease of life!
ask your dr about iron pills, and drink lots of juice
I don't think there's any possible way to feel energetic. I never had any energy when I was pregnant.
im like you, i need sleep in the afternoon just too last til 10pm but if u just try to push ur self u mite feel more energetic!!hope this helps congrats and good luckxxxx
Maternity vitamins. If that does not do it, just lay down and relax. Your body is really using up a lot of calories and energy to create that beautiful baby you are making anyway.
Try eating more fruits and vegtables. Sometimes being tired is part of being pregnant. Also, have your Dr check your hemoglobin. If this is low, you will be tired. This happend to me and i increased my red meat intake and took iron supplements. It worked.
Do a lot of walking. Talk to your doctor first. I did a lot of walking and drinking water with my first child and I felt a lot better. And I ate a lot of vegitables and fruit.
To be honest with you, now is not the time that I would worry about being energetic. Now is the time to have as much rest as humanly possible because when that baby comes along, it does need a lot of energy. Especially if this is your first. Eat right, lots of fruit, vegies and lean meats (if you're not vegetarian or vegan) and go for a gentle half an hour walk daily - empthasis on the gentle - and really take it as easy as you can.
Water and iron- try getting the liquid sachets you put in water or juice, the tablets are rank. Once you hit about 34 weeks or so, your nesting syndrome should kick in..i was once caught puuling out the refridgerator to clean behind it at 38 weeks pregnant and at about 4am!
i feel the same way alway tierd and lousy eat very healthy. ask your doctor on what exercie you can do
Hi there all i can suggest is that you try and put your feet up during the day , and have naps when you can .
try setting to wake up early have a milk and start your day with 15 minutes walk ,you could also ask your husband to join you
healthy diet easy exercises and get proper nights sleep even if you go to bed at 7 if you need to nap then do trust your body it knows what it needs
