If u r not ovulating properly, that is the problem. I had polycystic disease and it took me that long to concieve my last child. Quit trying and it will happen. I quit thinking about it and bought a new car and I got pregnant cause I quit "trying". I can't guarantee it will work for you if u r not ovulating, but that is what happened to me.

Oh well f you aren't ovualting i dont really know-- perhaps you could find a surrogate to carry your child for you? I dont know what else to suggest hun. It would of course be another if you were to find an egg donor? Im not being insensitive just think perhaps that could be an option

If your worrying too much that could cause more problems try to relax, and if you want a child that bad there is the options of IVF or them taking one of your eggs and doing it as an implant into your womb or in dire circumstances if you have the love there adopt

Clomid can work but it takes time. I have been taking Clomid a little over a year now and well, i had ovarian drilling. You probably have something called PCOS. I would go see a doctor and he/she can tell you everything you need to know. I was not ovulating or having a cycle or anything. I had to get put on meds to make me start my period and then clomid and metphormin to make me ovulate and it still doesnt work good enough. Talk to your doctor about injectables or In-Vitro..If you are not seeing a doctor i STRONGLY advise you too..they can tell you alot.if you are then i wish you the best and ask about metphormin it can help you alot...

if you have pcos it's harder to lose weight but can be really helpful

i know it's so dishearting you really need to go back to your gyno and find out your other options clomid isnt the one and only treatment for infertity or pcos, if you do have pcos you could try metformin as this is supposed to help with losing weight and sometimes ovulate whilst on it. but doesnt agrea with everyone.
and you can go on clomid for 6 months not 5 so you could have another shot at clomid as well.
you could try donner eggs if you go for ivf or just trying ivf without donner eggs.
has your husband had a sperm test ? sometimes sperm can change.
i know it feels like everyone and there mothers pregnate right now
and nobody understands what your going through unless they have been throught it of going throught it thereselfs.
BUT and this is a big but, i have been trying for 5 years to get pregnate and im not even close im on the 2nd round of my clomid and i havent even had 1 child yet, please try and enjoy your time with your 1st child i know there probabbly older now but they still need you.

I know it's hard to accept, because I had to, but be grateful you have the child you do. I had never thought I'd only have one child - I had hoped to have more, but really never had a number in mind. I had my son at 30, and once years passed and we realized we probably weren't going to have any more, we had to come to accept it. It really was hard, because family members and friends were having two or three or four, and I was sick and tired of answering the questions about were we having more or not and even them asking why. I suggest consulting a qualified chinese medicine doctor. i also felt sceptical about this, and waited many years - I did nt have fertility problems but other health problems - but they are excellent in treating infertility and acupuncture or herbs may help, i also have friends who have been helped by chinese medicine doctors and once read an article on how acupuncture had helped women concieve, however make sure you take your time chosing a fully qualified doc that you are confortable with..
