i hope you are talking about the implanon that is inserted just under the skin in the inner arm! if so i had mine removed and fell pregnant 4 months after removal but the doctor told me that your body will ovulate at the first period after the removal so u are fertile in the first few weeks depending on when you are due for your period good luck if you are thinking of trying for a girl go to the drug store and get an ovulation kit to increase your chances but good luck with having another healthy baby..
As soon as you ovulate. You conceiving shouldnt have anything to do with removing an IUD.

you can get pregnant straight away
i fell pregnant the first month after getting the implanon removed with my son. i then had it put back in after i had him and when i married my husband we decided we would like a child together so i got it took back out again it has been out for almost a year now and i still have not fallen pregnant but dont be put off by that because there could be a lot of reasons why i aint falling pregnant.
