gummibear is right also called "cradlecap" ...and there was an ole wives tale attached to it. But I've never heard of removing it.
it is called a caul
cradle cap! i think but just guessing
It is cradel cap but don't remove it because that may cause scarring just let it fall off on its own.
If your talking about the flaky skin on the scalp then it is cradle cap. If it's not then i have no idea what your referring to. Cradle cap is not lucky and you need to get rid of it. Put a little baby oil on the baby's head and scrub with a toothbrush. Follow by scrubbing with baby shampoo. This may need a few applications.then they will be good as new.
The most common skin condition in babies is called cradle cap but go to your doctors or baby clinic I'm sure they will put your mind at ease. If they confirm this then one thing which will help is baby oil, rub this onto your babies head leave for a little while and use the baby comb or brush. Don't worry about scaring it wont use enough oil and brush it will come off easy.Remember if ever in doubt ask the baby clinic or doctor they are the true reassures. And enjoy your baby, we have all been there and we still worry about everything, but its a joy.
it's called cradle cap, but if not treated it might get infected. So to remove it- massage gently with almond oil and wash it away using water and soft baby hair brush.
Its Cradle Cap.

You can buy lotions or shampoo's to remove it from your local supermarket.
i heard you can remove craddle cap by using some baby oil to loosen it and the very softly brush acomb through the babys hair
