Why don't you just have it covered it in the fabric you want. I did and I love it!!
You can easily have a pad made in whatever fabric you want for any of those.

Try Mother-care, my 4 month old nephew had one that would be perfect for you, it was a 3 wheeled one, but it was a courtesy pram as his original pram is from mother - care and they supplied him with a cow print one while his was getting fixed! Good luck!
