Would having your nipple pierced have an affect on breast feeding.?
If I had my nip done now and had kids in a few year would it affect the feeding.. of course id take it out befor doing so.

As you've already said, take it off for feeding to allow your baby to form a seal with lips on your breast, and to prevent the baby from chocking.
My friend had breast implants and was still able to nurse her baby from her breast.
