Ive been trying to get pregnant for sometime now, any tips on how to conceive?
Answers:
calculate the best time to get pregnent in your period, then have lots of sex. Eat a healthy and balanced diet and exercise. dont drink alcohol or smoke and try taking pre-pregnacy tablets like folic acid tablets.. make sure your partner is not drinking to much alcohol aswell. goodluck
learn your cycle. have sex on your most fertile days and stay in bed for up to 15 minutes after with your legs closed and elevated
try,try till u succeed;)
simple have more sex with your husband at least 3 times a day
I'd like to know myself! We are trying as well.I am 33, and am wondering if its an age thing.
keep track of when your period is coming . have sex on your most fertile days and stay in bed for about 15 mins after u have finished with your legs closed and elevated
If you have been trying only for a few months don't be too concerned with it and just keep trying. If you've been trying for over a year, then go to your doctor and they will send you to a fertility specialist.
Try to relax and forget about conceiving. Enjoy your time and life together as a couple. For some reason when the pressure is off things seem to happen. If you or your husband smoke then stop as this reduces fertility. I conceived almost immediately when my husband stopped smoking.
try to relax and dont take stress.do sex every 2nd day keep pillow under ur hips during sex and dont move from bed for 20 min
your cycle days are the most important, really. your most fertile days are the trick.you will first need to learn you cycle and then have some fun in the bed with an excited partner!
have fun and good luck on getting pregie!
Hi,
A couple of things to consider. Are you too thin ?. If your Body Mass Index is low it may be harder to get pregnant. No-one really knows why specifically but there is a strong statistical link.
Are you having sex at the right time?. Never start trying on the day you think you are ovulating. Start four or five days beforehand, a couple of times a day. Women with even very regular periods rarely ovulate bang in the middle of the cycle. Sperm will last for several days. Smoking and drinking really have minimal effect on YOUR chances of conception although they may affect your partners sperm. Get it checked out. It's free. Finally, relax. You would be amazed at how many couples conceive naturally after thinking they had no chance and adopted instead.
when you start your period start counting on the 12th day have intercourse and then every otherday until the 16th
You ve got a man right? You not trying to seduce men of the streets? Na seriously, just plenty of sex but keep it fun don't get to serious otherwise itll become a chore and stress will be a negative input!!
Try not to stress too much about it. It is sometimes more difficult to conceive when your stress levels are high. Give it some time. It took us 8 months to conceive our son.
come round to my place baby & I'll show you!
i'll have one for you
take folic acid. it works cos i tried it and i now have a baby. very safe Doctor will even recommend it
have you tried looking on www.ivillage.co.uk or www.babycentre.com, thats where i have been looking
Zinc tablets, both of you avoid alcohol. Try to limit sex to days 12 + of your cycle. More is not necessarily better or more likely to conceive. Without sounding smutty, orgasm increases liklihood of conception so if you don't come via intercourse get him to sort it! Also remember to have fun and have months off from trying to conceive now and then. If it becomes all work it gets too tricky.
how long have you been trying to concieve for most couples try for up to a year before they get pregnant your gp wont refer you for infertility treaments until youve been actively trying for a year.from the first day of your period count 14 days then for the next 2 days you will be ovulating and is the only time in a monthly cycle that you can fall pregnant .i know it sounds silly but sometimes you can try too hard the best thing to do is not worry or think about itenjoy ur partner and ill grantee things will happen for you.good luck
