What happens to the baby's urine while in the womb?
Answers:
their waste is transferred to mommy via the placenta
I think the umbilical chord which provides oxygen and nutrients also takes away the waste.

The baby’s kidneys begin to produce urine at about 10 to 12 weeks after conception, but the mother’s placenta continues to do most of the work until the last few weeks of the pregnancy. Wastes and excess fluid are removed from the baby’s body through the umbilical cord. The baby’s urine is released into the amniotic sac and becomes part of the amniotic fluid.
While a baby is developing in the mother’s womb, much of that balancing is handled by the mother’s placenta. The baby’s kidneys begin to produce urine at about 10 to 12 weeks after conception, but the mother’s placenta continues to do most of the work until the last few weeks of the pregnancy. This fluid plays a role in the baby’s lung development.
Yes, they do pee while in utero. However, they're taking in no food and no liquid (other than amniotic fluid) so it's not "dirty".their urine is, for all intents and purposes, sterile.
that hole in ur stomach ,bfore was like a hose in ur mama's womb thats were u eat, breathe ,and wee
Babies do urinate in the womb. It goes into the fluid surrounding the baby and comes out into your bloodstream. You in turn pass it out. I think that's what happens. I know that towards the end of the pregnancy, the majority of the fluid around the baby is made up of its own fluids. Hope this helps. It sounds worse than it actually is!
no
Yes they urinate in the womb. That is what the majority of the amniotic fluid is. It's not our pee though and it can't harm the baby. What can harm the baby is when they have a bowel movement in the womb like my son did. It causes infections. You have to see your precious newborn baby with in IV their tiny little hand. That usually only happens though if they are overdue.
Goes into the umblical cord- whic serves as the baby's food store and toilet. Ok?
