sorry i can't help you, but you should get yourself a lawyer, if you can afford it. the father should pay his part of child support.you didn't make the baby yourself, did you? omg, are you a hermaphodite? lol. take care sweetie, and if daddy don't pay, he don't need to see your child. simple as that.
There should be a government web site that will tell you how much he should be paying you based on how much he makes.
He should pay 15% of his earnings for one child it is only 20% if have 2 children. This is the rate the Child Support Agency would use.
If he wont pay voluntarily the CSA will enforce it
