Childrens book please help me find out what its called?

basically the little boy in the story has a new baby sister and every time the little boy goes out the baby cries, the parents cant stop the baby crying niether can the grandparents, the little boy comes back and says to the baby unga bunga(or something similar) and the baby giggles. the little boy leaves again and the baby cries so the parents and grandparents try using the same word it doesnt work, little boys comes back and says something different, baby giggles, everyone realises that its the boy she likes not what words he says. the word unga bunga(or similar) is the name of the story. does anyone know the actual name as i think it is something similar to that as cant find it anywhere.

it was on step inside (cbeebies) about a year ago and is very important to me as thats where my sons nickname came from (my other son said something like the little boy in the story to make him laugh) i wrote the name down but lost it. please help
