I'm overdue and my face has swollen only today?
Noticed my face has changed shape today, my friends just been round and told me she thought it looked swollen, what does this mean? Should I be worried?

maybe that it has nothing to do with the fact that your overdue and maybe you ate somat nasty last night and you have had an allergic reaction from it.

Maybe, there are a lot of factors to this questions like are you on birth control, how late are you? Get a test if you are over due and pregnant a test should confirm it.
how far are you?? I would at least call the dr. but my face swelled and all was okay exceot my water broke within 24 hours and a little girl came to be good luck
Call your doctor. Swelling can sometimes be a sign of preeclampsia, but if you're overdue, then at least you don't have to worry about prematurity. Your doctor may want you to come in and have your blood pressure checked, or he/she may want to go ahead and induce you.

r ur hands and feet swollen? have u a headache? these r signs of eclampsia if ur worried pls call ur midwife or gp a urine sample will say if theres sugar in ur system.
I think you should call the doctor and ask tell him your face is swollen. he will tell you what to do.

You did not say HOW over due you are.. or if this is your first child etc.
But if it were me , I would give a call to my Physician or Midwife right off.
You will want to be checked and have your Blood pressure taken and make sure you are not beginning to show signs of a condition called Pre Eclampsia.
This is very important. Even though you are late in your Pregnancy there are plenty of things that can still go wrong,,I urge you to see your medical professional right away today! ASAP

I dont mean to scare you, but swelling is a side affect of pre-eclampsia. I dont think its normally just the face though!!
