agnus castus is meant to be really good so id like to try it. but i just need to know if its safe to take in pregnacy (if it happens!) and if not, at what point do i stop taking it?

Answers:
I have PCOS, been trying to start a family for over two years and just had a miscarriage. 3 friends have heard of this remedy and started taking it. 2 have become pregnant within 3 months of starting their course. They both stopped taking it as soon as they found out.
I have PCOS, and have never tried (or heard of) that remedy.

What worked for me is a low sugar diet (actually I used the South Beach Diet, but modified it a little) in combination with metformin and exercise.

Good Luck!
It's also called Vitex, it balances your hormones and for some women regulates their cycle. When you become pregnant it's not good to continue taking. You ca do some research by putting Vitex in your Yahoo search bar. You should find good information on the product.God bless and baby dust to you!
you need to just keep trying - do some research on the web and try and work out when you have signs of fertility and then just try hard at it and hopefully it will happen. it sounds like you already have children - so it must have worked in the past! you need to be knowledgable about what's going on in your own body. How it is reacting so that you know if you have a fertile time. forget about hormones and potions and be self aware.
Get your PCOS treatment in India .IVF treatment, IUI, ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges all types of medical treatment and surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as some of the surgery including ivf treatment is not covered by insurance.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your treatment and surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The doctors are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star. I recently also read about a Chinese couple facilitated by forerunners healthcare were able to get their baby by IVF and a surrogate mother.

My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full treatment for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.I strongly recommend this company to you as they can be of great help to you. Hope this helps.
