Is Mannatoot a good name for a baby?
I think it sounds odd but my spouse wants to call the child that, personally I would choose Slponia. Do you prefer Mannatoot or Splonia?
Answers:
This is a wind-up,right?If not, then whatever your on is bad for your mental health.Give it up.
Well ultimately it's you and your husbands choice, but I do not like either one. Good luck
Neither, unless you want your child to be teased at school later on in life!!!
I don't like it, but to each his/her own.
I don't like it, unless it is a popular name from the country he is from. He will be called manatee growing up, give him a strong name
neither what country are you from?
I hope you aren't serious!Either of those names would be hard to live with!
I don't like either but remember this is your baby not Yahoo's!!
Umm.I don't think either of those are good names. You need to think about your child later in life..can you imgaine your child trying to be successful and taken seriously in the work place with a name like Mannatoot or Splonia? Surely you are joking. I'm not saying your child should have a "normal" name such as Katie, or Tom..but perhaps you should go back to the drawing board...
A manatee is like a giant seal.
What stupid names.
Dont name them that its tight.
whichever one you want just remember he will have this name for the rest of his life and he will have to learn how to spell it. Not to mention he will have to tell people how to pronounce it.
i dont particularly like either of of them, but it isnt my baby or my choice. Is there a meaning to the names? Where are they from?
no there both awfull names . get a book of top ten baby names and use one of them dont be mean and give your child a stupid name that will only end up with he she getting picked on .
no
Neither. They both have a weird ring to them.
neither a kid with a name like that will get made fun of for the rest of his life.
I prefer Justin C (The C is for Case) or Amanda L. ( The L is for Lynn.) Or Notvary S ( the S is for Smart.
Neither choice is a good one. I think that either name will definately get the child teased at school. However, it is your kid and do what you want. Just take the child having to grow up with that name into consideration.
Hahahahahahahahhahahahahaha!

I preffer neither myself. But compromise with your husband, or have two children.
.........
mannatoot sounds like a species of small monkeys
slponia/splonia jst sounds messed up
lol no offense but both suck, do u want ur child bullied?!!!!!
neather.but if i had 2 pick 1 id pick splonia. well good luck
I think Cringealot is better.
its really up to you but remember.the baby's future! getting picked on! its not nice! just think of the baby!
either is fine and congratulations on your new malamute puppy. You weren't thinking of this for a human baby were you?
Mannatoot sounds. strange. If you say it, it sounds almost like monotone. I think it sounds better if you take out to toot and just have it as Manna. I knew a girl called Manna and I thought she had a nice name. As for Splonia, that's also awkward to say. I rather like it though. What might be a problem is the pronunciation when your girl's still younger. Kids might have trouble trying to pronounce the first syllable.
I think both names are, well, different, but they grow on you. Keep talking it over with your spouse.
splonia sounds better.still odd.but better. mannatoot sounds like an animal
Oh come on. That should be classed as child cruelty. COs theyre gonna get beaten up, and it will be your fault entirely.

i think you need to be really careful when choosing an original name for your child. my dd's name is aubryn, which everyone i know thinks is beautiful, except her. she's decided that since nobody has ever heard the name aubryn, she doesn't like it. now, i love it and would probably never consider changing it, unless it became a HUGE issue for her, but at least nobody's ever made fun of her because it's a "weird" name.
i guess you just have to make sure you really really love the name and are willing to put up with the reactions of others and your own childs reaction. remember, they are the ones that have to be stuck with it for at least their school years until they are old enough to change it.lol.
