Muscle contractions - part 2?
Further to my post about getting tummy muscle contractions at 7 weeks - i would describe them more as tummy twitches. I cant really call them contractions as i have never had contractions before. So as for the tummy twitches has anyone experienced these at this early time?

i guess that could be gas maybe, you said it isn't painful right? i guess i wouldn't know what else it could be considering you are too early to feel the baby moving. the only other advise i could give is to see your doctor if you feel it's something else. good luck hun
yes i had them throughout my 2 pregnancies, but if you are concerned go see your gp to put your mind at rest, as everyone is different
It sounds like it can be many different things. I really think you should talk to your doctor and be sure.
theyre probably more like menstral cramps, which you probably never get, and are having a hard time explaining.
You get cramps and pains and pulls during the first few months of pregnancy, as your uterus stretches. Its normal.
For the sake of explaining what you should not have, i will be graphic for a couple seconds here. you know when you have to poop real bad, and your pooping and your stomach muscles kinda "bear down" or push without you donig it on purpose? you should not be having those sorts of feelings, those are like contractions, and not like a stretching uterus.
Cramp feelings like what you'd get on your period, or even a little worse, are normal.
You can double check with your OB if youre concerned.
You should really see the doctor.
